OUR HISTORY
Learn how it all started and where we are today.
Today, our team consists of around 40 employees across three locations: our headquarters in Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, which includes our manufacturing facility; an office in Bordeaux, France; and a presence at the Paris Brain Institute in France.
Creation of P3Lab
Seed round €4,7 million
In November 2021, the team raised a € 4,7 million Seed round to bring this disruptive deep tech innovation to the European and US markets.
ISO 13485:2016 certification & EIC grant
In June 2022, the company obtained the ISO 13485:2016 certification for design and development of eyetracking devices. In December 2022, P3Lab was awarded blended funding, of which a €2.5 million grant, and up to €9 million in equity by the European Commission under the highly selective EIC Accelerator program.
ICEBERG Cohort
The company concluded a research agreement under which the eyetracking equipment developed by p3lab is being used in the French Iceberg cohort, a prospective study of 360 patients aiming to identify clinical, imaging, and biological markers of Parkinson’s disease onset and progression for use in clinical trials of disease-modifying therapies.
Pre-Serie A €4.95 million
In 2024, the company announced a € 4.95 millions pre-Serie A round to achieve regulatory approvals in Europe and US, and start the commercial deployment in the US.
CE-marking of neuroClues as class IIa medical device under MDR
In just four years, the company developed a complete hardware, software, and cloud system, from incorporation to EU market access. neuroClues® is now authorized to issue the CE-mark on its Class IIa medical device, designed to expand neurologic care with eye movement biomarkers.
Serie A €10 Million
In 2026, the company announced a € 10 millions pre-serie A round to accelerate the commercial deployment in Europe and prepare US market access.
ISO 27001:2022 certification
In 2026, neuroClues achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification. This certification is a strong recognition of our commitment to data security, reflecting our constant focus on protecting our partners and customers’ data by ensuring full compliance with the highest standards.
