Expand your
neurological assesment.

Evaluate brain function in clinical practice with objective, reproducible and quantified eye movement biomarkers.

What neuroClues changes in your practice.

Eye movement recording supports disease diagnosis and monitoring, enabling clinicians to make appropriate treatment decisions, continuously adapt care to each patient, and perform preventive screening in at-risk populations.

Measurable biomarkers

Objective and quantifiable eye movement data.

A few minutes, delegate

Acquisition takes a few minutes and can be delegated.

Reimbursed procedure

Procedure is covered under a reimbursement code.

Portable and high-precision eye movement recording platform designed for clinical practice with no patient calibration.

Trusted by neurologists and leading hospitals accross Europe.

HOW IT WORKS

Simple 3-step flow.

1

Select the appropriate protocols based on the clinical question.

2

Record eye movements in about 10 minutes.

3

Interpret objective biomarkers, eye movement timecourses and video recordings.

“I strongly believe in the concept of neuroClues, but as a scientist, it must be rigorously validated. We are launching a large study in patients with parkinsonian symptoms where the diagnosis remains uncertain. If the study proves successful, I can envision widespread adoption among neurologists in the Netherlands.” — Volkskrant, 2026

“The neuroClues device provides access to highly precise data. Its main value lies in the differential diagnosis of parkinsonian syndromes. Atypical forms remain difficult to identify at an early stage. Information derived from eye movements can help distinguish between conditions that are clinically very similar.” — La Libre Belgique, 2026

“Eyetracking allows the early diagnosis of neurological and ophthalmological diseases. neuroClues is an easy-to-use tool that will allow the recording of eye movements of both adults and children in just a few minutes.” — La Libre Belgique, 2022

The device

Eye movement recording platform designed for clinical use, with research-grade accuracy.

Ready in minutes  our portable CE-marked class IIa Medical Device enables fast, patient calibration-free setup.

While the patient performs visual tasks, two infrared cameras record eye movements at 400 fps to deliver the precision recommended in the literature.

Proprietary AI algorithms then compute objective biomarkers that are displayed next to reference ranges to transform complex eye movements into clear clinical insights.

Detect anomalies earlier. Select treatment.
Monitor changes over time.

Frequently asked questions

Is neuroClues® compliant and how is patient data secured?

neuroClues® is a safe and effective CE-marked Class IIa medical device and the company operates under an ISO 13485:2016–certified quality management system. In addition, the company is ISO 27001:2022 certified for information security, ensuring the protection of patient and hospital data. neuroClues is GDPR-compliant and relies on EU-based providers for secure data storage of EU customers.

Will neuroClues® slow down my consultation?

The exam takes approximately 10 minutes and can be delegated to an assistant or nurse. neuroClues supports you throughout the implementation process to ensure seamless integration into your practice and proper training of you and your team.

How should these eye movement biomarkers be interpreted?
The interpretation of eye movement biomarkers should always be guided by the clinical question and considered within the broader context of the neurological examination. neuroClues® provides not only quantitative results, but also eye movement timecourses and video recordings, which support a comprehensive clinical interpretation. In addition, reference ranges for each biomarker, derived from systematic literature reviews, are provided alongside the results.
Is this procedure eligible for reimbursement?

In several countries, including France and Belgium, electro-oculography is covered under existing procedure codes and can be integrated into outpatient clinic procedures. Reimbursement amounts for the procedure vary by country.

For which clinical indications is neuroClues® intended?

neuroClues® is a measurement device designed to record, visualize, and analyze eye movements to support the identification of visual tracking impairments in individuals aged 5 years and older.  The identification of eye movement impairments can help clinicians to confirm diagnosis, monitor disease progression, and in the future identify individuals at risk for various neurological disorders. Oculomotor abnormalities are hallmark features of cerebellar impairment and identified by clinical guidelines as red flags for aytpical parkinsonism.
